Uses and Purposes
The uses and expenditures of this fund shall be consistent with the West Liberty University Foundation policies. This fund shall be administered by a designee of the Foundation with the input of the John W. Hattman Scholarship Committee and the Dean of the College of Liberal and Creative Arts.
Scholarship Guidelines
- Recipient should be a junior or senior English Liberal Arts Major
- Financial need should be considered in the event that there are two or more reasonably qualified candidates
