West Liberty University Foundation Finance Intern (paid position)

This is a part-time, hourly position.
Position
The West Liberty University Foundation’s (WLUF) Finance Intern is responsible for providing support to the WLUF’s Finance Administrator. This individual will work directly with the Finance Administrator to assist in providing monthly reconciliations, accounts receivable & payable assistance, auditing support, filing & special projects.
Finance Intern Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides assistance with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Provides assistance with monthly reconciliations
- Assist with annual audit process (if available), annual report and Day of Giving
- Other duties and special projects as assigned by the Finance Administrator
Requirements
- Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related major
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to details
- Highly motivated with a desire to learn
- Interest in non-profit
