The Carol Frum Endowed Scholarship was established in 2016. Carol and James Frum, of Wheeling, are both alumni of West Liberty University. Carol graduated with an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene in 1960. She is also a former WLU Foundation Board Member and a lifetime member of the Alumni Association. Carol and Jim have given so much to West Liberty University over the years and it is their goal to perpetuate their giving.
Requirements
One student who is seeking either an Associates or bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene will be selected to be awarded at $1,000 per year or $500 per semester.
- Eligible students should be entering their senior year.
- Preference will be given to non-traditional students.
